A 12 seat Omakase dinner series starting Tuesday, September 15.
A beeline is supposed to be the shortest way there.
Twelve courses, twelve seats, and a song for each one suggest otherwise. This new dinner series, Raw + Rogue, begins Tuesday, September 15, at the town's highest point.

Chef Willer Larreal Perez cooks the counter, five courses at a time. Baron Ziegler pours, bringing twenty years in Sonoma wine, a hand in founding Banshee, and Marine Layer, which he named for the fog that comes in off the Pacific and makes Sonoma Coast Chardonnay and Pinot Noir worth the trouble.
Every course arrives with its own pairing and its own song, a soundtrack built plate by plate while the light goes down over northern Sonoma County. Reservations required.
Twelve seats at the counter, $295 per person plus tax and gratuity.
